Policy
W.C. Wood Company has implemented a
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, which establishes a minimum advertised
price for all Whirlpool brand freezers and SideKicks® refrigerator/freezer
pairs, and Wood’s brand products. Advertising for these products must contain a
price not less than the Minimum Advertised Price set forth in the current W.C.
Wood Company price list. Each subsequent price list shall state the date that
it becomes effective. Any information relating to Whirlpool brand freezers and
SideKicks® refrigerator/freezer pairs, and Wood’s brand products on an internet
web site is considered to be advertising for the purposes of this policy.
W.C. Wood Company trade partners have sole discretion to determine final
selling prices.
The trade partner is solely responsible for the accuracy and applicability of
any prices, products and promotions in the trade partner’s advertising.
Authorized Use
This internet site is for use by the W.C. Company’s authorized trade partners, including their employees and agents, for the preparation of advertising materials for Whirlpool brand freezers and SideKicks® refrigerator/freezer pairs and Wood’s brand products. Any other use or access is unauthorized and strictly prohibited. Usage is contingent upon the trade partner abiding by all the terms and conditions of the sales agreement. Authorized users are solely responsible for complying with all terms and conditions associated with this Web site, as well as all applicable laws. The W.C. Wood Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to this web site for any unauthorized use, or violation of the site’s terms and conditions. The W.C. Wood Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this web site at any time, and/or change the term and conditions of use, without advance notice.
Intellectual Property
No trademark, service mark, trade name,
logo, legal line, photograph or image may be altered in any manner or form for
any purpose. None of the information on this site may be copied, distributed or
